Board's Edge Games is pleased to provide simple and affordable flat rate shipping options to all of the contiguous US. Shipping options vary by region; our carriers are USPS and UPS. Transit times vary based on destination and carrier, but approximate times are given below as a guideline.
Economy shipping (5-8 business days excluding handle time) is free for orders over $59.99 before estimated taxes and after any discounts are applied to qualify for free shipping. If you qualify, you'll get the lowest cost shipping option. Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to total $59.99 or more to receive free shipping.
Economy shipping (5-8 business days excluding handle time) is a flat rate of $6.90 for orders totaling less than $59.99 before estimated taxes and after any discounts are applied.
Standard shipping (3-4 business days excluding handle time) is available on all orders for a flat rate of $10.90 regardless of order size.
Orders to P.O. Boxes must be shipped USPS. Standard shipping is not available on P.O. Box shipments - please choose Economy if you're shipping to P.O. Boxes. Based on size and weight, some products may be delayed when shipped to a P.O. Box address. Board's Edge Games may notify you if your package is too large to fit inside a P.O. Box and offer you shipping alternatives.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. If you are ordering to Alaska or Hawaii, our shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order as well as the destination location. To get a real-time shipping quote, please put the item(s) in your cart and proceed to check-out. After entering the destination address and postal code on the cart page, all the shipping options and associated costs will appear.
We proudly offer shipping to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses! APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for free shipping offers. These items must be shipped USPS using the service standards available for these locations. Our shipping costs are based on the dimensions of the package as well as the destination location. To get a real-time shipping quote, please put the item(s) in your cart and proceed to check-out. After entering the address and postal code on the cart page, available shipping options and associated costs will appear. Please note that due to carrier size restrictions, not all items are available for shipment, including packages of greater than 70 pounds. If an item you have selected is not eligible, you will be contacted by Board's Edge Games to resolve the issue. Orders shipping overseas can take approximately 5 business days to reach the APO, FPO or DPO hub. It will take additional time to receive your package from there.
U.S. Territories and International Addresses
Board's Edge Games does not offer shipping to these addresses at this time.
Board's Edge Games ships Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped within the first two business days after an order is a placed (1-2 business day handle time). At extremely busy times like December, we allow an extra day for handle time (1-3 business days). We will make every effort to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Board's Edge Games does not process orders on holidays, but orders are processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Board's Edge Games does not collect taxes in all states. We are headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and thus required to collect tax for Georgia residents. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax. Some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.
Due to our limited inventory, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale.
